Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics in Hendersonville, NC. Role supports diverse orthopedic caseload including sports injuries, pre/post-operative rehab, injury prevention, and performance conditioning with specialty areas such as Blood Flow Restriction Therapy, Concussion Therapy, Dry Needling, Parkinson’s Disease Rehabilitation, and Vestibular Therapy. Full-time preferred (40 hours/week) with options for Part-time or PRN; flexible scheduling (4x10s or 5x8s) and no weekends/holidays. Mentorship for new grads, collaborative, patient-centered environment in a 100% employee-owned private practice offering comprehensive benefits, revenue sharing, and an Orthopedic PT residency program. Requires Doctor of Physical Therapy and NC licensure (or eligibility); must be able to work in the United States without restriction. Compensation range $80,000–$109,000 per year plus benefits.
