Licensed Physical Therapist needed for outpatient orthopedics in Morro Bay, CA. Role includes handling a diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload (sports injuries, pre/post-operative rehab, injury prevention, performance conditioning) with specialty areas such as concussion therapy, neurologic rehab, Parkinson’s therapy, and vestibular rehabilitation. Position offers flexible scheduling (4x10s or 5x8s), mentorship for new grads, and no weekends/holidays, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, or PRN work. Requires Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent) and CA licensure or eligibility; US-work eligibility required. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 per year plus comprehensive benefits; company is 100% employee-owned with revenue sharing and a residency program.
Required Qualifications
