Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist needed for outpatient orthopedics in Santa Maria, CA. Full-time preferred (40 hours/week) with part-time and PRN options. Provide diverse outpatient orthopedic care including sports injuries, pre/post-operative rehab, injury prevention, and performance conditioning. Specialty areas include Blood Flow Restriction Therapy, Hand Therapy, and Pediatrics. Mentorship available for new grads; flexible scheduling with no weekends/holidays. Clinic operates 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Mon–Thu and 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Fri; 4x10s or 5x8s options.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from Doctor of Physical Therapy program
- California PT licensure or eligibility
- New grads welcome – mentorship available
