Job Summary
Outpatient orthopedic clinic in Scotts Valley, CA seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist for either a Clinic Director or Staff-Level position. Full-time (40 hours/week) preferred, with consideration for 16 hours over 2 days. Responsibilities include treating a general orthopedic caseload (pelvic health options available), mentoring new grads, and opportunities to develop a specialty or pursue advanced certifications. Full-time PTs expect ~55 patients per week. Competitive compensation with benefits; Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends. Requires CA licensure and a DPT; clinic manager role requires 4 years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation as Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent standing
- California state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- New graduate PTs supported and mentored (staff-level role)
- 4 years of experience required for Clinic Manager role
