Job Summary
Orthopedic outpatient clinic seeks a licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) to provide general orthopedics and spinal rehab, with a caseload around 11–12 patients per 8-hour day. New grads will be mentored; candidates should be comfortable treating patients including a Medicare population. Full-time is preferred (40 hours) but part-time (30+ hours over 4 weekdays) is considered. Requires Texas state licensure; evening shift once per week may be required. Clinic operates Monday–Friday with no weekends; benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with employer match, EAP, and CEU allowance. Opportunities for mentorship and advancement exist.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Licensed or eligible for Texas state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- New grads encouraged to apply and will be mentored

- Ability to work in a private outpatient clinic setting
- Medicare-experienced or comfortable with Medicare population
- Ability to treat general orthopedics and back/spinal rehab
- Strong communication skills
