Job Summary
Outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist role in a 100% employee-owned private practice in San Luis Obispo, CA. Role requires Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent) and California licensure/eligibility; New grads welcome with mentorship. Full-time preferred (40 hours/week), with part-time and PRN options. Diverse outpatient caseload including sports injuries, pre/post-operative rehab, injury prevention, and performance conditioning; specialty areas include Blood Flow Restriction Therapy, Concussion Rehabilitation, Neurological Rehab (Parkinson’s), Vestibular Therapy, and Pediatrics. Clinic hours Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–7:00 PM; flexible scheduling (4x10s or 5x8s); no weekends or holidays. Compensation $80,000–$110,000/year (based on experience/certifications); benefits include health insurance, PTO, 401(k), revenue sharing, profit sharing, 100% employee-owned company, student loan assistance, in-house CEUs and MedBridge access, mentorship, and residency program. Required Qualifications
- Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing)
