Job Summary
Outpatient orthopedic PT position offering full-time, part-time, or PRN options in a private-practice setting. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating diverse orthopedic diagnoses (sports injuries, pre/post-operative patients) with a caseload featuring general orthopedics and niches such as Blood Flow Restriction, Concussion, Parkinson’s Disease, and IASTM. Ideal candidate is a patient-focused, mentorship-ready team player skilled in manual therapy; new graduates welcome. Schedule supports 4x10s or 5x8s with no weekends/holidays; compensation based on experience with a salary range of $80,000–$110,000 and comprehensive benefits; opportunities for mentorship, residency programs, and ownership culture in an employee-owned practice.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- California state licensure as a Physical Therapist
