Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist in Outpatient Orthopedics needed for an Employee-Owned Private Practice in Indio, CA. Role supports diverse orthopedic caseload (sports injuries, pre/post-operative rehab, injury prevention, performance conditioning) with specialty areas including Blood Flow Restriction Therapy, Concussion Rehabilitation, and Vestibular Therapy. Flexible scheduling (Full-Time preferred, 40 hours/week) with options for Part-Time or PRN; clinic hours Mon-Thu 8:00 AM–6:30 PM, Fri 8:00 AM–2:00 PM; 4x10s or 5x8s options; no weekends/holidays. Mentorship for new grads, residency program, and extensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k), revenue sharing, ESOP, student loan assistance, in-house CEUs, and director-training program.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent standing
- California PT licensure or eligibility
- New grads welcome – mentorship available
- Must be legally able to work in the United States without restriction
