Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics in Kerrville, TX. Private-practice outpatient clinic seeking candidates to treat patients of all ages in general orthopedic settings with some back/spinal rehab cases. Approximately 50% Medicare patient population; about 11–12 patients per 8-hour day for full-time staff. New graduates receive structured mentorship; experienced clinicians have autonomy and diverse caseload to grow specialty. Schedule is Monday–Friday with at least one evening shift per week ending around 6:00–7:00 pm; full-time defined as 40 hours/week, part-time considered with at least 30 hours across 4 weekdays. Compensation starts at $75,000 per year with productivity bonus; benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, EAP, continuing education allowance of $1,200 annually, and mentorship pathways.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent standing
- State license as a Physical Therapist (Texas)
- Eligibility for licensure in Texas (outpatient orthopedic)
