Job Summary
Physical Therapist in outpatient orthopedics provides one-on-one direct patient care with an emphasis on clinical excellence. Responsibilities include hands-on manual therapy, broad outpatient ortho caseload with some Workers’ Compensation cases, and opportunities to specialize. New graduates are welcome and will receive mentorship and support; schedule offers full-time or part-time with a flexible work week, typically 36–40 hours for full-time or at least 20 hours for part-time, Monday–Friday with weekends optional. Compensation starts around $75,000 annually for new grads with potential profit sharing; licensure in Iowa required.
