Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess mobility limitations, pain levels, and functional capabilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to specific patient goals. Work collaboratively with referring physicians and other health professionals to design an integrated approach to patient management. Oversee and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and providing direction during treatment delivery. Maintain precise documentation of patient progress and plan modifications in compliance with clinic policies. Encourage a positive therapeutic environment by building strong relationships with patients and addressing their concerns. Stay current with developments in physical therapy through ongoing education. This onsite full-time role in Milliken, Colorado, serves individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited program in Physical Therapy
- Current, valid Colorado Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
- Demonstrated commitment to providing quality patient-centered care
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaborative relationships with patients and colleagues
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR), specifically WebPT
