Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to develop tailored treatment plans for individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgical procedures, and chronic pain. Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to facilitate effective rehabilitation, while monitoring progress and adjusting plans based on evidence-based methodologies. Provide injury prevention strategies and home exercise programs to maintain patient recovery, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in our Frisco outpatient clinic equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation technologies.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Possession or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Texas
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
