Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical status to develop personalized treatment plans for adults recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions. Implement evidence-based interventions including hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to promote recovery and mobility. Regularly monitor patient progress to adjust treatment plans and provide education to empower patients to maintain progress beyond sessions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Work full-time onsite Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a collaborative environment focused on evidence-based practices and continuous professional development.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Must hold a valid Nevada Physical Therapy license or be eligible for licensure in the state
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Desired Qualifications
- A preference for candidates possessing a Master's or Doctorate degree in the field
- Previous experience in orthopedic rehabilitation
- Familiarity with common orthopedic conditions and treatment methodologies
