Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, sports-related, and post-surgical conditions in an outpatient setting. Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life; provide one-on-one patient care; educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, injury prevention, and wellness strategies. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize outcomes. Complete timely documentation using the EMR and contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on teamwork, growth, and exceptional patient experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of employment
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
