Job Summary
Conduct initial evaluations of patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on specific diagnoses and functional goals. Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and advanced modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation while monitoring progress to modify plans for evolving rehabilitation needs. Educate patients and families on care protocols and self-management techniques, and collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient services and discharge summaries ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Participate in continuous professional development through workshops and training programs. Work with a varied population including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological conditions, sports injuries, and chronic pain disorders.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A valid state license to practice physical therapy in California
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting
- Strong understanding of physical therapy principles and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
