Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgery, or chronic conditions to assess physical abilities and limitations. Design and implement personalized treatment plans employing modalities such as exercise therapy, manual therapies, and pain relief techniques. Document patient progress, track outcomes, and adjust therapy as necessary while educating patients and families on home exercise programs and safe mobility practices. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians to ensure holistic care. Maintain active participation in professional development through workshops and literature reviews. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current and valid state licensure in Physical Therapy
- Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills

- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment
