Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations for orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions to develop personalized treatment plans. Execute treatment protocols based on individual assessments while utilizing assessment tools to gather history and performance metrics. Comply with state practice laws to oversee health and safety, engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration to document significant condition changes. Complete detailed discharge planning and follow-up care, ensuring continuity and proper documentation of initiatives. Participate in departmental meetings to address care access barriers and support continuous quality improvement. Work onsite at our Leesburg, Virginia facility from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Submit your resume and cover letter detailing qualifications and experience.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy educational program
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia
- A minimum of two (2) years of outpatient orthopedic experience
- Certification in CPR
