Licensed Physical Therapist - Open Your Own Clinic!

Clinic Director & Equity Partner role for an entrepreneurial Physical Therapist to build and lead a startup outpatient clinic in Dauphin County, PA, with equity ownership, voice in location and culture, and support from a nationally recognized provider. Responsibilities include clinic operations and financial management, community outreach and referral growth, building culture and retaining teammates, and close collaboration with experienced leaders to ensure a successful launch. The position offers a salary range of $90,000–$115,000 annually, eligibility for a competitive annual bonus plan, true equity ownership in the clinic, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, EAP, disability, PTO, holidays, CEU days).
