Entrepreneurial Licensed Physical Therapist sought to build and lead a startup outpatient clinic as Clinic Director & Equity Partner in Bronxville, NY. Role includes co-managing clinic operations, leadership and team development, recruitment, culture-building, community outreach and patient experience, with an equity ownership opportunity and a path toward owning the clinic. Compensation includes $100,000–$120,000 annually with potential bonuses and a true equity stake; Ivy Rehab provides extensive operational support (marketing, HR, recruitment, legal compliance, IT, RCM, etc.) and access to clinical ladder, residency programs, and development opportunities.
