Job Summary
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to identify mobility issues and develop individualized treatment plans incorporating therapeutic exercises and manual therapy. Implement interventions to alleviate pain and enhance strength while instructing patients on proper techniques and assistive device usage. Continuously monitor progress, adjust goals, and document outcomes in electronic health records to ensure alignment with rehabilitation targets. Provide education to patients and families regarding therapeutic practices and engage in ongoing professional development to maintain current clinical standards.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
