Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and medical conditions to create tailored treatment plans. Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and equipment for muscle strengthening while continuously monitoring progress through ongoing evaluation and adjustment of goals. Educate patients and families about therapeutic procedures, document treatments thoroughly in electronic health records, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care. Work onsite at our Phoenix, Arizona facility with a diverse population including children, adults, and seniors. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A valid and active state license in Physical Therapy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
