Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical limitations and functional capabilities, then implement hands-on therapy techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation. Educate patients on effective recovery strategies, preventive measures, and home exercises to encourage active participation in their rehabilitation process. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment modifications, and outcomes within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care. Work onsite in a collaborative outpatient clinic with flexible scheduling from Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- An active New Jersey Physical Therapist license in good standing
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic settings
- Proficiency in advanced manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities
- A clean professional record with no prior disciplinary actions from any licensing board

- Experience working with EMR platforms, particularly WebPT
