Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist role with Ivy Rehab. Provide outpatient PT across therapy services; opportunities for multiple professional tracks including new-grad mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, clinic leadership, and potential future clinic ownership. Offers clinician bonus plan up to $31,000 annually, welcome bonuses or student loan repayment for certain opportunities. Internal travel program available; equity opportunities to open own clinic(s); residency and specialty programs with mentorship and leadership development. Requires PT license or pending license in treating state; graduate from accredited PT program; desire to grow, pursue specialties, and be a team player. Required Qualifications
- License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Eagerness to grow & learn
- Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, pediatrics, etc.)
