Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist (Full-time) at Ivy Rehab – Outpatient Ortho. Create individualized treatment plans and provide therapeutic exercise and manual therapy. Track and celebrate progress; act as a coach, educator, and motivator. Collaborate with a supportive team and share in a culture of mentorship, growth, and equity. Opportunities include equity pathways to open your own PT practice, internal travel programs, and structured onboarding/mentorship with a focus on patient outcomes. Location-specific clinics include Hopewell Junction, Poughkeepsie, Rhinebeck, and Wappingers Falls. Requires graduate PT program and active or pending licensure in NY; strong patient-care orientation and commitment to ongoing learning and diversity/inclusion.
