Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist (Full-time) in Ivy Rehab’s outpatient orthopedic PT program. Provide individualized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises and manual therapy for patients across age ranges and diagnoses in clinic settings across NJ. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, serve as coach and educator, and participate in mentorship programs, residency tracks, and opportunities for equity-own practice expansion. Maintain autonomy while benefiting from structured onboarding, CEU support, flexible scheduling, Travel/relocation assistance available for eligible opportunities, and competitive benefits. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or pending PT licensure in the respective state (New Jersey)
- Licensed Physical Therapist in NJ or eligible for licensure
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Interest in outpatient orthopedics and potential for growth and mentorship
