Licensed Physical Therapist in Orthopedic Outpatient Practice

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patient objectives and formulate individualized treatment plans for orthopedic conditions including sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain. Manage a caseload of approximately one patient per hour while utilizing manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities to reduce pain and enhance range of motion. Develop customized fitness programs, monitor progress, and document all care services accurately in WebPT EMR software. Communicate regularly with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated outcomes and educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices. This full-time role reports directly to leadership within a state-of-the-art 5000 square foot facility in Palatine, Illinois, where you will work alongside two other physical therapists and one PTA.
