Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians and design personalized treatment programs aligned with plans of care. Provide skilled therapeutic care directly in patients' homes using hands-on techniques and evidence-based practices to facilitate recovery. Document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and consult with caregivers to educate them on rehabilitation exercises. Engage with diverse patient populations including orthopedic, neurologic, pediatric, and sports medicine cases while maintaining performance metrics. Submit CV and cover letter detailing passion for physical therapy.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- valid license to practice physical therapy in Virginia
- Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
- Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and software related to patient management and documentation

- Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a valid license to practice physical therapy in Virginia
