Licensed Physical Therapist – Home Care Specialist in North Las Vegas, NV

Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and develop customized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions, post-operative rehabilitation needs, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Implement hands-on therapy sessions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and equipment training while monitoring progress to adapt plans for optimal recovery. Educate patients and families on injury prevention strategies, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Travel to various locations within the North Las Vegas area to deliver care in patients' homes from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- A valid Nevada Physical Therapy license or the ability to obtain one before starting
- A strong commitment to continuing education and professional development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management
Desired Qualifications
- Preference given to candidates holding a Master's or Doctorate degree
- Prior experience in home care settings
