Implement evidence-based treatment protocols flexibly, adapting techniques based on patient response to facilitate optimal rehabilitation outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals, sharing insights and modifying plans based on changing conditions. Manage discharge planning effectively while documenting all interactions and treatments accurately. Maintain productivity metrics during home visits, meetings, and community outreach initiatives. Contribute to departmental goals by participating in compliance efforts with regulatory agencies and accreditation standards. Pursue continued education and professional development, sharing knowledge as a clinical instructor to guide students. Work with diverse populations recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic illnesses in a concierge-style home healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- A valid Florida state physical therapy license
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association, specifically for Healthcare Providers
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of two years' experience in a clinical setting, particularly in home health or outpatient rehabilitation
