Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create customized therapy plans for individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgical procedures, and chronic pain. Deliver hands-on interventions for pain relief and mobility enhancement while monitoring progress to adjust treatment strategies as needed. Provide education on injury prevention and lifestyle modifications, then document all interactions accurately within the electronic health record system. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for patients in their home environments during standard weekday hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current Nevada Physical Therapy license or the ability to obtain one before starting the role
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in physical therapy
- Experience working in home care settings
