Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient assessments and manage a load of 2-3 individuals per hour, specializing in orthopedic outpatient care. Design and implement targeted treatment plans using evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to promote mobility, strength, and balance. Create customized wellness plans and collaborate with healthcare professionals to address physical and emotional recovery needs. Monitor treatment outcomes, document progress in WebPT EMR software, and maintain meticulous records of services provided. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm within a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- Current state Physical Therapist License with no board or disciplinary actions
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and hands-on patient care
- Experience utilizing EMR software, specifically WebPT, for maintaining accurate patient records
- Minimum of one year of experience in orthopedic outpatient care
