Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and limitations, then develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies. Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to diverse patient needs, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and athletic populations. Deliver engaging therapy sessions focused on restoring function and educate patients and families on recovery strategies. Maintain detailed documentation regarding patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Meet utilization goals while contributing to overall business performance through exceptional patient service.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant setting
- Current CPR certification to ensure the safety of your patients
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in computer applications and electronic health record systems for documentation and reporting
- A commitment to building a trustworthy relationship with patients, fostering a supportive and encouraging environment
- An eagerness to engage with the local community and participate in health-related initiatives
Desired Qualifications
