Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical capabilities and limitations, then design and implement individualized treatment plans encompassing exercise regimens, stretching maneuvers, and hands-on therapies. Monitor and document patient progress meticulously while adjusting protocols based on ongoing feedback, and educate patients and families on therapeutic practices and assistive device usage. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for pediatric, geriatric, and adult clients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. This onsite role at our Red Bank, New Jersey rehabilitation center supports a diverse patient population focused on regaining mobility and independence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- State license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in computer skills
- Current CPR certificate
- Adaptability and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar physical therapy role
- Experience in developing and executing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation technologies
