Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to establish personalized treatment plans and implement therapy sessions using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education. Monitor and document progress meticulously while adjusting goals based on ongoing assessments, and provide guidance to patients and families on home exercise programs. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop integrated care approaches for complex cases and participate in community outreach efforts. Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations regarding patient care and documentation procedures. Serve a broad range of patients, including children recovering from sports injuries and adults managing chronic conditions.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
Desired Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
