Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical conditions and rehabilitation needs, then develop individualized treatment plans utilizing exercise, manual therapy, and modern modalities. Implement therapeutic interventions while monitoring progress, documenting detailed records for compliance, and providing guidance on assistive devices like braces or orthotics. Deliver professional training to patients and families to foster independence across all ages, from children recovering from surgeries to seniors managing chronic conditions. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills within our collaborative outpatient environment.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and documentation systems
- Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and professional development
