Job Summary
Evaluate, design, and implement comprehensive treatment programs tailored to individual patient needs based on physician referrals. Provide direct therapeutic care using hands-on techniques and modalities to improve patient function and mobility. Maintain accurate patient documentation, educate patients and families on treatment plans, and monitor progress to adjust strategies as needed. Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to optimize outcomes while contributing to clinic performance targets and community outreach. Work with a diverse population including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine. Submit a CV and cover letter detailing experience and qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- At least two years of relevant experience in outpatient orthopedic and general rehabilitation
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Proficiency in computer skills for accurate documentation and communication
- A genuine desire to foster strong patient relationships and help individuals achieve their functional goals
- A team-oriented approach, with the ability to build and maintain community partnerships
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced clinical training or certifications in specialized areas such as manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, or pediatric physical therapy
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
