Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans aligned with therapeutic goals. Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions as directed by physician care plans while prioritizing caseloads and coordinating seamless care transitions. Facilitate patient education on therapeutic exercises and home programs, and regularly document functional statuses to provide feedback to the multidisciplinary team. Engage in continuous communication with colleagues to align on patient progress and optimize treatment strategies for diverse populations including adults and children with musculoskeletal, post-surgical, and neurological conditions. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 2 PM to 8 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting
