Job Summary
Perform detailed patient evaluations to create customized treatment plans, employing manual therapy and exercise prescription to guide recovery. Educate patients and families on proper techniques and home care, while documenting assessments and progress notes in compliance with regulations. Collaborate with physicians and occupational therapists to ensure integrated treatment approaches and provide ongoing injury prevention education. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM within a collaborative environment focused on evidence-based practices.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current Physical Therapist license in the state of California
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting
- Ability to develop effective treatment plans based on patient evaluations and diagnoses
- Experience with a variety of conditions and treatment protocols, particularly orthopedic and sports rehabilitation
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems for patient documentation
- Certification in specialized therapy techniques (e.g., manual therapy, dry needling)
