Job Summary
Perform detailed evaluations of patients' physical conditions and mobility limits to create customized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs. Employ appropriate therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education, to guide patients through their recovery journey. Educate patients and their families about proper exercise techniques, modifications, and home care practices to promote healing and enhance mobility. Document patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining thorough and accurate records. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure integrated and effective treatment approaches. Adhere to the highest standards of care by following established policies and procedures, including protocols for infection control and patient safety. Provide ongoing education regarding injury prevention strategies to empower patients and reduce the potential for future injuries. Work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM onsite at our West Los Angeles rehabilitation facility. Required Qualifications
- Valid and current Physical Therapist license in the state of California
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Ability to develop effective treatment plans based on patient evaluations and diagnoses

- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting
- Experience with a variety of conditions and treatment protocols, particularly orthopedic and sports rehabilitation
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems for patient documentation
