Job Summary

Utilize specialized equipment tailored to specific health conditions while monitoring progress and documenting responses in accordance with clinical guidelines. Revise treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback, educating families on protocols, self-care, and assistive device usage. Manage diverse patient populations ranging from children to adults recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and pursue continued education through workshops.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current state license to practice physical therapy in Illinois
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for patient and team interactions
- Proficiency in computer skills for managing patient records and documentation
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varied needs of patients and the clinic
