Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions, including reviewing medical history and performing specific examinations to develop tailored treatment plans. Implement and supervise a variety of treatment protocols, utilizing evidence-based practices and adaptation strategies tailored to each patient's progress. Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress, complying with all healthcare regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic patient care and consult on interdisciplinary treatment plans when required. Focus on a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, chronic pain conditions, and those coping with scoliosis and other musculoskeletal disorders. This full-time role offers a salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice Physical Therapy in Virginia
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on communication and empathy
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
