Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, design individualized therapy plans, and administer manual therapy, exercises, and modalities. Oversee Physical Therapy Assistants, monitor progress, and adjust treatment strategies during interdisciplinary case conferences. Educate patients on home exercise programs and recommend assistive device modifications while maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Work onsite in Immokalee, FL with diverse populations ranging from post-operative to chronic mobility conditions. Requires Florida licensure, one year of experience, and CPR certification. Salary of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually with health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and continuing education reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure for physical therapy in Florida
- A minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in physical therapy
- Valid CPR certification
- A legitimate driver's license with proof of automobile insurance
- A proven passion for delivering high-quality care
