Licensed Physical Therapist for Rehabilitation Facility

Conduct thorough evaluations of orthopedic physical therapy patients, assessing their needs and developing tailored treatment plans aligned with physician recommendations. Implement high-quality patient treatments focusing on evaluation, treatment planning, execution, and ongoing communication with patients and families. Educate patients and families on in-home treatment options and exercises to facilitate effective rehabilitation. Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive evaluations and share progress regarding therapeutic interventions. Prioritize the prevention of functional disorders through targeted rehabilitation and patient education initiatives. This full-time position is located in Clearwater, Florida, with a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 annually. Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in physical therapy and a valid Florida license, with at least three years of outpatient orthopedic experience.
