Job Summary
Deliver individualized therapy sessions and maintain a manageable caseload to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Utilize advanced orthopedic care techniques and evidence-based interventions to enhance client mobility, while designing comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Assess and monitor progress regularly to adjust treatment plans, document all interactions using Web PT EMR software, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals. Encourage patients to adhere to fitness programs and promote healthy lifestyle changes for improved strength and wellness. Work onsite in a dynamic outpatient setting from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, serving diverse populations including athletes and those recovering from surgeries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field from an accredited institution
- Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in Florida, with no prior sanctions or board proceedings
- Proven expertise in orthopedic manual therapy techniques and effective exercise program development
- Strong understanding of the latest physical therapy practices, with demonstrated skills in evidence-based interventions
- Proficient in the use of EMR software, specifically Web PT, for patient documentation and management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate patient engagement and collaboration with the healthcare team
Desired Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Previous experience in an outpatient setting, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation
- Certification in specialized areas such as manual therapy or sports rehabilitation
