Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations to recognize patient objectives and manage a load of two individuals per hour with individualized, hands-on attention. Design and administer cost-effective therapeutic interventions enhancing range of motion, strength, and mobility while advocating for non-medication-based treatment options. Develop comprehensive treatment plans incorporating various techniques tailored to each patient's needs, including personalized fitness and wellness programs. Evaluate treatment outcomes, monitor progress, and maintain thorough documentation of services provided. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- License as a Physical Therapist in Colorado
- No record of disciplinary actions on the license
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques
- Strong foundation in orthopedic rehabilitation
- Ability to design and implement effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software, specifically WebPT
