Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations and manage a patient load of two individuals per hour, providing individualized, hands-on attention for musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Design and administer cost-effective therapeutic interventions that enhance range of motion, strength, and mobility while advocating for non-medication-based treatment options. Develop comprehensive treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices and create personalized fitness programs to empower patient recovery. Collaborate with a small team of healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and monitor treatment outcomes with thorough documentation. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM in Littleton, Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- License as a Physical Therapist in Colorado
- No record of disciplinary actions on the license
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques
- Strong foundation in orthopedic rehabilitation
- Ability to design and implement effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting
