Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions to develop tailored treatment plans. Implement and adjust evidence-based treatment protocols based on patient progress, while consulting with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate coordinated care. Document treatment activities meticulously, including progress notes and discharge summaries, and provide patient education on injury prevention and rehabilitation exercises. Maintain an organized schedule of home visits to patients' residences, ensuring changes in patient conditions are addressed and care plans are modified as needed. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Requires a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT), active Florida license, and minimum two years of clinical experience.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Active state license to practice physical therapy in Florida
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Current CPR certification

- Background in personal training or rehabilitation
