Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate physical abilities following injury, surgery, or illness. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing exercise regimens, stretching protocols, manual therapy, and modalities to relieve pain and enhance mobility. Monitor patient progress, record outcomes, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure therapeutic goals are met. Educate patients and families on self-management strategies and assistive device use. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive patient service delivery and maintain documentation in accordance with regulatory standards. This outpatient role serves a diverse population ranging from children to seniors with orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical needs. Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- Current and valid Physical Therapy license in the State of Virginia
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining flexibility and adaptability
