Job Summary
Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients in need of rehabilitation; supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery, celebrate progress, and contribute to a compassionate, high-quality care environment. Demonstrate expertise in inpatient rehabilitation, clinical documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to guide patients on their rehabilitation journey.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
