Job Summary
Deliver personalized rehabilitative therapy to residents by guiding patients through tailored exercises to enhance mobility, balance, and strength. Track and document progress to inform care plans while educating patients and families on therapy goals and home exercises. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to maintain a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment that adheres to all healthcare and safety standards. Stay current through ongoing training and professional development. This full-time individual contributor role at Cherrelyn Healthcare Center, a Stellar Senior Living community, requires an active Colorado Physical Therapist license and one year of experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist license
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Including Associate's Degree)
- Physical ability to support patient mobility and lift equipment repetitively
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and documentation skills
